About the Farm:
Upson Farm is a small certified organic dairy with 25 milking cows and 20 heifers.  75% of the cattle are Dutch Belted, the balance Jersey and Holstein.  They also have Hampshire hogs, Lakenvelder chickens, Dutch rabbits, and some dairy goats.
They milk with pails in a stanchion barn built in the 1830s.  The farm itself consists of 170 acres.
Cory Upson has been breeding Dutch Belted since 1998.  His family includes his wife, Lindsay, daughters Katie (15) and Stephanie (12) and sons Owen (2 yrs) and Lucian (1 month).
